Patrick’s journey began at a young age with a strong sense of purpose and direction. After completing his training, he stepped into international work, beginning along the Texas–Mexico border where he served communities for two years.

He then moved deeper into Mexico, focusing on building and developing local communities. His approach has been simple and repeatable: establish strong foundations, train and empower local leaders, and then transition leadership to those within the community. This model has led to the development of dozens of thriving, locally led organizations.

Patrick’s work has taken him across Mexico, Central America, the Philippines, India, Cuba, and parts of Africa. Through large gatherings, leadership trainings, and grassroots outreach in villages, towns, and cities, his focus has remained consistent—equipping people, strengthening communities, and serving where the need is greatest.
